GSA TMSS FAK Rate Filling. GSA's Standard Tender of Service (STOS) serves as the base document for the transportation of Freight-All-Kinds (FAK) shipments by those federal civilian agencies that participate in GSA's Freight Management Program. The Standard Tender of Service is comprised of three parts:
Rate offers for the transportation of FAK shipments solicited and accepted in accordance with the STOS provide participating federal agencies with the most economical and responsive transportation rates and services. In addition to assisting participating federal agencies with the transport of their FAK shipments, GSA will also help those agencies with all other freight-related shipments and questions.
GSA Shipping of Household Goods Rate Filing. When an agency needs to relocate a federal employee, there are two solutions to meet those relocation needs. One is a complete self-service solution with policies, procedures and customer protection built into the program, under GSA's Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP) and the other is an outsourced solution under GSA Schedule 48. GSA invites TSPs to submit rates in response to Request for Offers (RFO) during the open filing window to provide transportation services for the movement of household goods. Basic program guidelines and TSP performance requirements are published in the GSA Household Goods Tender of Service (HTOS).
